DISTRIBUTION
Promotion of works published under the auspices of the "Alma Mater" Publishing House of the "Vasile Alecsandri" University of Bacău is carried out, first of all, through its own website, available both in Romanian, at https://www.ub.ro/cercetare/editura as well as in English, at https://www.ub.ro/en/research/alma-mater-publishing-house
Books/courses/thematic volumes are distributed to readers by sale (based on orders at the Publishing House or through the Library of „Vasile Alecsandri” University of Bacau) or free of charge (in the case of ”open acess” scientific articles that can be accessed on journals platforms).
"Alma Mater" Publishing House distributes the editorial appearences by direct shipment to the "Costache Sturdza" Library of Bacău, the National Library of Romania and the National Library of the Republic of Moldova.
Also, "Alma Mater" Publishing House, through the collaboration with the Library of "Vasile Alecsandri" University of Bacău, ensures the distribution of published titles to many university libraries from Romania and abroad.
COMMERCIALIZATION
The buyer can place orders by contacting the Alma Mater Publishing House directly (visiting the Publishing House) or by contacting it by e-mail or phone. Books / courses / guides / journals are available for purchase to the extent that they are either in stock or printable.
By placing the order, the buyer agrees that the data provided, necessary for the purchase process, are correct, complete and true at the time of placing the order and agrees to be contacted by Alma Mater Publishing House by any means available.
Alma Mater Publishing House may cancel the order placed by a buyer, following prior notice, without any subsequent obligation on the part of either party or without any party being able to claim damages from the other party, if: the data provided by the buyer, are incomplete and / or incorrect; the ordered products are no longer in stock and, for objective reasons, cannot be reprinted.
The buyer has the right to return the ordered products, within 14 calendar days. Returned products must be in the same condition in which they were received. The buyer must prove that the products have reached him in a damaged condition. Return costs are supported by the buyer. The refund of the products value will be made within 30 days from return.
This clause is applicable in accordance with O.G. 130/2000 art. 2 lett. e.
