Project CNFIS-FDI-2018-0223 Efficient communication and educational counselling for integration on the labor market (CECIM)
The project is funded by the Institutional Development Fund, Domain 1: Increasing social equity for social inclusion and increasing access to higher education, linking educational supply with labor market demand (including career counseling and career guidance). The beneficiary of this project is "Vasile Alecsandri" University of Bacău, the implementation period being May 14 - December 14, 2018.
The project "Professional development and employability - the convergence of the universitywith the labor market".
On Monday, October 3rd, 2016, 14:00, room D215, building D, "Vasile Alecsandri" University of Bacău, there was launched the IT tool developed within the project "Professional development and employability - the convergence of the university with the labor market (DeProfAn), project CNFIS-FDI-2016-0101 obtained through national competition. The overall objective of the project is to capitalize on an IT tool at the university level in order to improve career counseling and career guidance aimed at monitoring the graduates and employers' satisfaction with the quality of the services provided by the university, the integration of graduates into the labor market, and of entrepreneurial initiatives.

The organizer of the event was the Department of Professional Counseling, represented by the Head of the department, Prof. Venera-Mihaela Cojocariu, PhD, together with Claudiu Ganciu, training psychoanalyst, representative of SRP, and psychologist Anca Ganciu, representative of the Enrique Pichon Riviere Association.
„Managing the correlation of the education system with the labor market”
The partnership underlying this project consists of public and private entities with relevant experience in the field of education and the labor market, namely the National Center for Training in Statistics, the National Institute for Scientific Research in the field of Labor and Social Protection and ÖSB Consulting GmbH in Austria.
